The hotel offered a great breakfast and the restaurant staff was perfect. the hotel has a great location close to tourist sites with easy access. the rooms were exceptional, encompassing modern with traditional Japanese design.

During our Xmas stay, we enjoyed the beautifully-appointed, calm and high-quality decorations throughout the hotel. The staff was very thoughtful and accommodating, making us feel like we were at home. The hotel's location is conveniently close to several tourist sites, making it easy to explore Kyoto and its surrounding areas. the included breakfast and dinner were both superb, with unique and delicious menu selections.

There were absolutely no negative aspects we could find during our stay at this hotel. The entire experience exceeded our expectations, and we were thoroughly impressed with the level of hospitality and attention to detail provided by the staff.
